We were looking for new gasket for our elderly (over 40 year old) Eden greenhouse and were unable to find any that was the same as in the old greenhouse. After contacting Greenhouse Warehouse, they very kindly sent us, the next day, samples of four different gaskets that they supply and we were able to choose one that would do the job. After ordering, delivery was very quick and we are pleased to say that we were able to renovate our greenhouse successfully. Very helpful service.

make sure all telephone amendments to orders are confirmed in writing Prompt delivery on both occasions. Greenhouse brilliant but instructions poor - none at all for capping bars or fitting the Glass, which made the construction much harder than it needed to be.

The chiminea is just what I wanted. It's dainty and colourful and looks lovely in the garden. I have had it going twice now so the curing process should be completed. The chiminea did arrive promptly but unfortunately the courier delivered it to the wrong building, wrong address and wrong postcode so it took me a while to track it down 48 hours after it had been "signed" for. This wasn't the fault of Greenhouse Warehouse and I have given a 5 star rating but couriers really shouldn't "drop" the goods off at an address that has nothing to do with the specified delivery address.

I looked at several suppliers and considered them to offer the best range and value for money. On one order I asked for the delivery to be made to my daughter's house and this was accomplished successfully. I would use them again.

I was disappointed when my order for perspex sheeting arrived with every sheet broken. It is clear it was broken in transit, but the packaging was so poor, I am not surprised they were all broken. They were quick to replace though at a price that was competitive, so worked out ok in the end.

Hi I ordered a hardwood minigreenhouse and it arrived 36 hours kater. It was easy to assemble, of great quality and is sturdy. It was cheaper than a softwood version in Homebase and I am very happy with the product.
