Was not Delivered next day as promised Had to phone three times Was delivered after week and half Poor Service

The greenhouse was delivered earlier than expected, the person who delivered it was cheerful and very helpful, giving me tips on the construction of the greenhouse. after reading the instructions carefully I laid all the parts out and checked them. I had no problems building the greenhouse by myself, the only time I needed assistance was when fitting the assembled sections together, which took about ten minutes. Before I bought the greenhouse I read reviews from people saying the instructions were very difficult to understand but I had no problems with the instructions. The whole construction took less than two days and I am really pleased with the end result. I would recomend Geenhouse Wharehouse to buy anything for your greenhouse.

The frame was assembled rapidly without difficulty, however I found it was impossible to fit the polycarbonate panel to the sliding doors, as the 4 No 4008 screws would not permit the sheet to seat, after struggling, I cut out corner notches in the sheet, this allowed it to fit. ( No mention of this in the instructions). All other glazing panels fitted fine until I found it impossible to fit the P330 rear 1465mm sealing strips. After 2 days trying to locate these two strips I lost the will to live, and called in a proffesional greenhouse erector, who managed to fit the problem strips with the aid of a special tool, needless to say, I had to pay for this service. so although I am pleased with the finished product, I am less than happy with the problems & extra cost incurred. the instructions are not fit for purpose.

Purchased a greenhouse and it was delivered before the original date given. It was placed in my garage for me by Greenhouse Warehouse staff as I was at work. All items well packaged and protected and all items delivered not one piece missing. I think the fact it was delivered by their own staff makes a big difference. They obviously know how to look after the materials. Have already been back and bought something else and the service was just as good.

The service I received was wonderful fast delivery very friendly and helpfull staff. I had to retun one item wrong part ordered their returns procedure was really easy to use and refund was very quick defonately shop there again

Amazing service. Order by 12 noon one day, delivered by 12 noon the following day. Goods exactly as described and my greenhouse almost looks as new. If only all companies could be as efficient!

green house bubble insulation...I recieved this item so fast I couldn't believe it ...managed to get it all fitted before the bad weather returned I had already insulated my greenhouse with bubble insulatation from a diffrent company and it was total rubbish ...this one from greenhouse warehouse is ten times better and easyer to handle with it being that much thicker.....I will be using this company again..pati p

This greenhouse heater is woefully bad. It bearly lets out any heat what so ever! It will also coat your greenhouse walls with a film of black soot from the fumes from the heater. I constantly had to adjust the wick on an almost hourly basis to stop it sending out plooms of smoke. Very disaponted and will never buy one of the parasene products again.

It was easy to order exactly the sizes i wanted for reglazing my greenhouse. I spent some time comparing prices and this was not only the cheapest company, it was the only one that I found that cut to size. Everythin arrived in 3 working days. I was definitley impressed with the service and have already recommended it to a collegue.

Order in good condition. however delivery took longer than usual next day delivery experienced in past which was a little disappointing.

As the replacement greenhouse panels were cheaper here than anywhere else I found them, I didn't hold out much hope. I was wrong. They arrived within 24 hours, were high quality and well packaged and exactly what I wanted. Greenhouse Warehouse kept me informed by email and I would certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

Courier dreadful - did'nt leave a completed card when delivery couldn't be made. Poor packaging resulted in leaking of concentrated weed killer.

We found what we were looking for very easily on the site, very keen price, and it arrived sooner than expected. Will definitely use again for any of our greenhouse requirements.

Ordered 4 polycarbonate sheets to replace broken glass in my greenhouse. Exact size was in stock (couldn't find exact size elsewhere) so no cutting required. Order was placed last Sunday and the sheets arrived Tuesday! Price was excellent (cheapest I found and about half the price of sheets of wrong, too small, sheets in my local DIY barns) , postage charge also very reasonable for such a fast service. I will be back for more! I'm bound to break more glass and polycarbonate is so much lighter and less dangerous than greenhouse glass. Thanks!

Ordered the complete Greenhouse Insulation Kit for 8 x 6 greenhouse. Very pleased with the service from the Company the kit is very good value and it took me a day to fully line my greenhouse. I would definitely recommend the Company and the product .

This has to be the ultimate in heated propogators available to the general public, arrived withing the timescale indicated and after assembly began working effortlessly, use whatever term you deem appropriate, user friendly or idiot proof both are applicable, would recommend this comapny and product to anyone interested in growing their own plants all you need is the space and a little time and this propogator will do the rest, it might seem at first galnce a little pricey, but it's robust, well made and totally reliable and if you believe in that old cliche "you only get what you pay for" you won't be disappointed. first class
