Ordered some polycarbonate for my greenhouse but it got damaged in transit. I contacted them and they resolved the issue with minimum fuss. My only comment would be that if it had been packaged a little better the damage may not have occurred in the first place.

I have found the Greenhouse Warehouse to be a very good supplier. There was some items missing from my order, I let them know and I received the parts within 24 hours. Quality of items was very good and it only took about 4 hours to completely reglaze the greenhouse. Highly recommended.

After receiving the confirmation e- mail of my order I heard nothing from the company until I contacted them after I noticed the payment had been taken. I was then informed that the product came direct from the manufacturer so they would find out a delivery date. I was then given a date but after taking a day off work and no delivery I was not best pleased. So I contacted them again and whilst waiting for a response the delivery turned up with no warning, just lucky I was at home. Not sure about how others feel but I feel in this day and age where communications are so easy, keeping the customer informed is paramount to a happy customer and crucial to good customer service. I would think twice about ordering from this company again.

The instructions are terrible - you nee to have an IQ of 157, and be a mechanical engineer! With little text for guidance, and few exploded diagrams there were many opportunities for ambiguity, which I had the misfortune to take. However, the final product is good. PS I still have two strips of rubber, for which there seems to be no purpose!

I purchased new 'rollers' for greenhouse door which meant repositioning holes on the door itself and all worked perfectly.
