Products were outstanding. My order shipped in a day and was delivered a few days later. Can’t say enough about their prompt customer service. I would almost say it was the best part of this purchase. Realized that a coupon code wasn’t recognized in final bill after paying and contacted customer service. They emailed back within minutes and applied to coupon and refunded the difference immediately. This alone is reason to continue shopping here.

A4C was great to work with,they shipped my package with in 2 days with FedEx and FedEx never delivered the package,they said that they delivered but I didn’t receive it.A4C refunded me my money back,FedEx said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Shipping takes too long they use DHL and as of writing this review the backpack has to arrive, it does have a tracking number but DHL uses horses to get their deliveries too their destination not trucks or air…..
