Ordered the Otterbox 20L trooper cooler. Was the cheapest price on the internet by far. Arrived on time and shipped safely. Very happy with my experience using A4C!!! First time I ever used them.

Ordered surround system that was refurbished. The surround speakers were not in the box. While they reply to emails, there is no one who will give status other than “escalated” for a week now. Still out the money I paid and only half a setup. HORRIBLE customer service.

I didn’t realize when I ordered that it was a refurbished cover, but was pleasantly surprised. It looks brand new. Very pleased with it. I had one just like it before purchasing it and I literally could not tell it was refurbished unless they had told me.

Customer service at it’s best! Ordered a backpack that was heavily discounted, even compared to listings on Amazon. Ordering was smooth even though I didn’t register with the site (paypal instant checkout). Shipment tracking was easy with the shop app but as I upgraded to 2-day shipping there was no tracking information. Not their fault, had the same challenge with other items I upgraded to 2 day usps delivery. However, when the item didn’t arrive on time I emailed to ask the whereabouts of the package especially since I was traveling and needed it asap. I had a lovely exchange with an employee and though she couldn’t find it as usps didn’t know either, she apologized and refunded the extra shipping I paid. It got delivered the next day literally 1 hr before I was headed to the airport. I highly recommend the site even after just 1 order. They gave me the great quality item I ordered and helped me when usps wouldn’t. 5 stars!

Heard from others that A4C wasn't fast with shipping...well a classic example of the others being wrong. Ordered the product around 7AM, by 11AM that same day got a shipping notification, product was delivered within 5 business days and that was using USPS for shipping...big thumps up!

i need to replace a ipad that my granddaughter left outside in the rain,this ipad was about 3 weeks old i went to a4c and found one that fit the need now everyone is HAPPY!

Product came in original OEM packaging. Product looks and works like new even though it is a refurbished product.

Ordering, shipping, and email communication were fine. I could perhaps have wished for faster shipping, but it was not enough of an issue to deduct a star. Product was as advertised and higher quality than expected for the price. I would not hesitate to order from A4C again.
