I ordered a backpack over 2 weeks ago with an estimated delivery date of 3-5 business days and still have not received the item. The delivery tracking have been saying "en route" for the past 2 weeks with no change. I emailed the customer service support and have not heard back from them yet. I ordered it as a Christmas gift but at this rate I do not think I will get it in time.

So far so good. Placed an order and paid for two day shipping so that my son would have his iPad before we left for vacation. In true USPS fashion, the iPad showed up late after we had left. I requested a refund on the shipping and received it with in 24 hrs. I will definitely try them again in the future.

Shipment never made it to my residence. Nothing but excuses from so called supervisor that has been "helping" with my situation but not helping at all. Never buy from this company! They are not backed by any guarantee. All I want is my bag and they cannot even do that. Pathetic.

Got a refurbed google hub max for like one-third the price of a new one. Shipped out quickly and have had no problems with the device. I haven't had to contact cust service so can't say anything about that experience. But for the price & value I'm certainly satisfied (enough to write this review haha).
