Staff were excellent when we had an issue with our hotel they got us moved straight away.

I am 82 years old. I ring My Gibraltar and everything about my journey is sorted. I have dealt with them twice and every time they have been so helpful. I have not had to worry about anything. I would certainly use them in future.

We have booked 3 times with my Gibraltar but when I booked this time I did not get a good friendly response from customer service. Deposits very high considering how far in advance we booked half the amount of the holiday.

The agent who took my call ,was helpful and friendly ,this made it a pleasant experience, we have not booked with my Gibfalta before ,but would recommend to friends and family.

I have booked before with My Gibraltar. I only booked the hotel this time. I find the website easy to use. My last booking for some reason I could not complete the payment. I called their number and they were very helpful. They took the deposit payment over the phone. I was able to pay the remaining balance online. I shall use again.
