Poor customer services, once they have your money they couldn't care less in solving a problem with their website.

Booking was easy and all the paperwork came through as soon as I had paid the balance. Not yet been to Gibraltar, but I feel certain that there won't be any problems in respect of the booking made.

Some problems with the website. Wouldn't let me complete the booking online but they phoned immediately so I could complete the booking over the phone. That was the only problem. Overall a good experience with the booking.
