We had a lovely spacious room, the staff were friendly and helpful and the roof top terrace, pool and restaurant were great!

Good efficient and polite service. Does what it says on the tin! When we had a problem they sorted it out for us. Thank you for your good service.

They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend My Gibralar to anyone holidaying in Gib.

The price is very competitive and the booking process was very quick and efficient. The person I dealt with knew what they were talking about and answered all my questions.

Booking was simple and straightforward. Pricing was clear and consistent- it didn't change like it did with other companies. I was able to complete the booking, including adding luggage in one simple electronic transaction. I appreciate the complementary vouchers that were sent. When I went on the trip I did have a few problems with the Hotel, but that was nothing to do with My Gibraltar and they were sorted. There are a few issues with the maintenance of the Hotel that need addressing. If I go to Gibraltar in the future I would certainly book with My Gibraltar

I have always used My Gibraltar when I have wanted to book a holiday or short break to Gibraltar. I have just used them again in the last few weeks and because I wanted to book something different The lady that I spoke to ( Jessica) needed to get the information from the Hotel that I wanted and phone me back. As it took her longer than she said it would she kept ringing me to keep me informed and to reassure me that she had not forgotten me. Once she had the information she rang me at about 6 o clock with what I needed and I booked the holiday there and then. Great service, I wish more companies were like this

I've booked a trip/hotel stay with this company at least once before, hence that's why I've booked with them again. Never had a problem, and will probably do so again in the future! Yes I would recommend them, go for it!

On line transaction and all worked well. Short phone call to very busy office didn't really answer my questions. Hotel was fab . Transfers worked well.

This is our third time of booking with My Gib and the process, as usual, could not have been easier. Rang though and asked to speak with the lady who handled our arrangements last time ( Shami) and she immediately brought all my details up so booking it was really quick. Although I could have booked on the net, I wanted to speak to an operator as we are taking extra kit and I wanted to book specific seats on the plane. Great service as usual.

Missed the plane couple of years ago. The back up service was exceptional. Booked flights from Southend and a taxi at Malaga great holiday made by My Gibraltar. They are so helpful.

Telephone response from advisor after I made my restervation was excellent and I was impressed at their attention to detail.

We have used my gibraltar for several years and have always been happy with the full package., from phoning to book the holiday to the experience once we are there. Would definitely recommend them.
