This was the first time I have contacted My Gibraltar and I found it very easy to talk with them on the telephone. The female member who arranged the flight and hotel was extremely helpful and very swift in everything she did. I simply cannot recommend My Gibraltar enough. So easy to deal with and arranged great prices. With everything arranged through My Gibraltar/My Vacations Group I have just phoned to confirm everything though I have printouts for flights and hotels. My call was swiftly dealt with initially by Jessica and Nick. Back home after a wonderful relaxing time in Gibraltar all arranged by MyGibraltar. I simply cannot recommend these too much and already have done so to a friend going to Gibraltar next year.

We were met at the airport and taken straight to our hotel which was excellent. The driver was also well on time for our return to the airport a week later-no hassle at all.

Just returned from a 5 day break booked through mygibraltar.co.uk part of the myvacations.co.uk group. Web site is easy to navigate, al flight and hotel options are well displayed. I stayed at 'The Rock Hotel' and part of the deal is a 10% discount on all food & beverages charged to your room. Transfers are included in basic price and are handled efficiently by the local agent. Although I had only booked a basic single room without balcony I was allocated a large double room with large balcony; I doubt whether this is the 'norm' but hey,,, you never no! I booked through mygibraltar for a friends wedding and found their website very easy to use. The prices were competitive and with transfers included in the price it was one less thing to have to worry about as well as being a nice bonus. The hotel was as advertised and the room we booked we got - not always the case through travel companies! Payment terms were good as well with half at the time of booking and the remainder a few weeks before departure. Again, a nice change from the norm - having to pay all up front 7, 8 or 9 months before travelling. Overall a very good service and one I would be happy to recommend and indeed use again myself.
