Bought some cartridges of hhc and haven’t arrived even though it’s been one and a half weeks. The worst part is that I haven’t heard anything. No email or text, so I contacted DHL and they said they haven’t received anything from medvape so I tried contacting them but no luck. Should mention that I just called them 1 time and sent an email which just pointed the blame on DHL but gonna keep trying and will update. Trying to have faith that it’s just a misunderstanding or delay but seemed a bit sketchy when the location on the site showed “Malmö” which is I Sweden and the number to customer service is +47 in other words Norway. Hope medvape can fix this asap. Edit: after contact with an employee trough WhatsApp i finally got the package. Sadly all items were broken (and one of the three items were missing). After a couple of days I finally got the correct products intact and they have been working fine ever since. It’s great that the costumer service does everything to help but the problems that occurred was in a way there’s to begin with. Anyway I’m thankful for all the help and see no fault with the products. Hope they can fix this problem because it seems like many, like me, have had trouble with it.

Scam, received a used product and they don’t want to take it back. Now I’m stuck here with a useless 200 bucks (never worth it, china quality) device and can’t return it. They even sent me to TVAPE support, but there was no help. Support by WhatsApp is basically nice, but they just want to screw you over. Never ever, EVER! Buy here. I think most good reviews are fake, since they led me to order at medvape in first place. Which was a great mistake, don’t make the same mistake as me! And yes, Kristian from MedVape, you can go west with your false excuses. Edit: oh yes, just claim that I am a scam and also dox my name (written wrong btw). You could also just dox my address and phonenumber as well. I’m going to report this. Very professional and trustworthy response, congrats! My mouth wasn’t on your fake device, but guess where I’d like to have my foot right now. I contacted you and there was no response. Therefore I had to get a exchange myself. I bought it at a REAL company and I received a REAL product. Very poor of you. Go scam someone else kris!
