Vrijdag een bestelling geplaatst en een vraag gesteld via WhatsApp. Mijn vraag is Vrijdag ook al gelezen, maar op zondag is er nog niet gereageerd. Al met al zeer slechte communicatie. Ook is de tracking van mijn pakketje onmogelijk. Al met al dus zeer slechte communicatie en zeer onbetrouwbaar. Jammer! Ik bestel hier dus nooit weer!

Ordering was straightforward. Received updates as to the processing and shipment of my items. Given the ongoing intermittent postal strikes here in the UK plus the Xmas/New Year bank holidays, I received my order in just over 2 weeks. Very, very impressive!! Whilst part of my order was to replenish existing products, the main item purchased (Zeus Iceborn) I’ve not yet had the chance to use. Thus, I cannot comment on their customer service should I experience a problem, but so far I would not have any hesitation in either shopping with them again or in recommending them! As an aside (for UK customers), I also received an email from the Royal Mail (on 23rd Dec) that they’d received notification that my parcel would soon be received by them from Sweden … that was a first for me. I’ve never received such a communication from the Royal Mail before. That they then failed to keep to their word in notifying me when they had received the shipment was, sadly, not a surprise. If only UK based companies could follow their business model ….

I ordered my vaporizer 28.11 and it arrived 09.12. Im happy with shopping but it could be better. I know busy christmas period approach, however paying 200kr for "express delivery" which is no express at all is not fair.
