Great customer service , fast delivery

Never and i mean, never ever. Order from this website. Paid 22 euro extra for day to day shipping, after being lied and given excuses to for a week. Kristian from "customer support", tells me that he doesn't know when my order will be shipped, and that i need to "relax buddy" when confronted about the bad service. Apparently they sold me, products out of stock. Not notifying me about it, and me having to find out for my self. Then i ask for atleast a partial refund of the shipping since, i paid 22 euros for day to day delivery. Then im told to stop complaining and "relax buddy", because they also pay for shipping.

Fast delivery, everything under control

I’m very upset because it seems like they haven’t noticed my order that I made last week and I haven’t received an update even after trying to contact the company numerous times. I have tried to call and email but still no response. I’m very patient since I’ve had no problems prior to this and I really love this company but this seems so unusual and it’s very upsetting for me since I feel like I’ve lost my money

Good time of delivery 📦 The only thing I have to comment on; was that the driver didn’t know where he was going, just lucky that my mom was outside. And when she took the pack, the man asked for my moms name, even tho my name was on the package 🤷🏼‍♀️ Still got it, but it could have been delivered to the wrong person.
