I bought HHC 2ml. SUPER SOUR DIESEL - DISPOSABLE VAPE RIDGE 2.0 and SUPER LEMON HAZE 95% HHC 1ml 510 CARTRIDGE - KANAVAPE. Unfortunately, both products were defective and did not work properly. I got at best 200 puffs out of both items and it didn't even taste right. The super sour diesel disposable vape cost 80 euros while the super lemon haze was 40 euros! That is unacceptable when a good customer pays that amount of money and it's completely defective and possibly medvape.shop intentionally mailed me defective products which I paid for by the way for DHL overnight shipping. I also re-looked at the products on their website and it's completely different looking from what they sent me. I thought Kristian was a decent human being. I gave reviews on medvape.shop site on how I got ripped off and NOTHING! Kristian did not reply. I even tried not to hurt their reviews thinking it's not medvape.shop fault by giving the second product review 3 stars, but I let them know it's unacceptable and I got ripped off and I blame the manufacturer. Still absolutely nothing back from Kristian or anyone. Then I decided to dispute the issue through my credit card. I shared the invoice and my formal complaint with my credit card that I've tried to work it out with them and they ignored me. I made several attempts to have Kristian mitigate the issue and he just ignored me completely. That same week my reviews and comments were completely erased off my account. Things that make you go hmmmm...Luckily, I still have images of it as evidence. How do they look at themselves in the mirror when they wake up every morning working at medvape.shop especially when honest people shop on their website in good faith who are genuinely sick and are looking for good products to alleviate their pain and discomfort? I find it very disappointing and highly disturbing that the only way to acquire customer service is when the customer lodges a complaint that forces them to be accountable. In good conscience I must say, "Shame on you Kristian and medvape.shop for your dishonest and unethical business practices." Try to erase this review.

Shop did good!

Ordered last month, arrived within 3 days. Products were all there, but my roommates delivery has been delayed for 3 and a half weeks. I would really like for the HHC products to display wether they are indica or sativa strains, as there are a few that I struggled to find any information on, on other websites.
