I made an order for a vape paid for it via the website and they changed the status of the order from completed to awaiting payment. I contacted costumer service form nl which is Horrid, rude and money orientated and they are happily sitting on my money while refusing to send me the item and asking me to transfer the money? When it left my bank account via the payment method on website. I want the item or my money back which costumer services happily ignores my messages to resolve this! Horrid!

Bom preço, rápido, no entanto enganador. Notei no extrato bancário que dias depois de pagar o valor da encomenda (supostamente apenas 188,95 €), cobraram-me um "custo de serviço internacional" (apesar de o website acabar em .pt) de 7,27€ e imposto do selo de 0,29€, custos que a empresa Medvape ocultou e não mencionou. Aliás, no carrinho de compras antes de finalizar o pagamento diz "free shipping" e "Total (tax incl.)" para o valor 188,95€. No entanto cobraram-me 196,51€.

Approximately 4 weeks ago I ordered an ‘in stock’ item (€180). It took more then 3 weeks to ship. The communication wasn’t very good. Each time (4x) I informed about the shipping date they promised a specific day of shipment and then nothing happens without notice. Update: I finally got it, product was ok. It shouldn’t take this long to ship an in stock item. Their distributor is slow and lacks in communication. It took almost 4 weeks to deliver. Client service was always friendly.

Ordered over 5 days ago and it stated 1-3 days delivery. I haven’t even gotten a tracking number 5 days later and they haven’t answered my e-mail I sent 2-3days ago regarding it either. Pretty disappointed since the reviews are generally good. I will change review if it is solved properly and quick. Update: they had some problems with the warehouse which is understandable. Very nice customer service afterwards and getting sent another product and the original product once possible.

My product took over a month to arrive. Medvape thought they had sent it even though they had not. They were inbetween changing warehouses which caused the hassle. Understandable! Customer service was good though, quick awnsers and everything was solved pretty quickly after the delays:)
