I payed extra for DHL express at checkout. It stated 1 day delivery. It took almost a week, which I would have been okay with if I had not paid extra specifically for DHL Express. It was delivered via parcel force not DHL.

First time ordering and i can only say good things they updated me with emails and i got my package today

On March 1, 2024 I've ordered two things from this shop, the more expensive item being a DynaCoil. The parcel arrived on March 6, but only contained the other item in it. I got in touch with the shop and Kristian told me this had happened before, and that I should place a new order for the missing item, with the comment "Warranty arranged with Kristian". I have done so right away, but never received the parcel, nor have I heard back on subsequent emails to the shop.

I hate doing this but here goes… I paid for express shipping to Australia on 8 March. The package was picked up by Deutsche Post DHL and was at the German international airport the next day, 9 March. I1 days later my package hadn’t moved from the International Germany Airport so I emailed both the seller and DHL to ask what was happening with it. I didn’t hear back from either so on 21 March I messaged the seller again but this time I translated the email from Australia to German and the package arrived 27 March. It didn’t arrive with DHL packaging so I’ve assumed it came with another carrier. The moral here is if you’re emailing internationally make sure you speak their language 😁 Ich hasse es, das zu tun, aber hier geht es … Ich habe am 8. März den Expressversand nach Australien bezahlt. Das Paket wurde von der Deutschen Post DHL abgeholt und lag am nächsten Tag, dem 9. März, am deutschen internationalen Flughafen. Einen Tag später hatte mein Paket den internationalen Flughafen Deutschland noch nicht verlassen, also habe ich sowohl dem Verkäufer als auch DHL eine E-Mail geschickt und gefragt, was damit passiert sei. Da ich von beiden keine Antwort erhielt, schrieb ich am 21. März erneut eine Nachricht an den Verkäufer, aber dieses Mal übersetzte ich die E-Mail aus Australien ins Deutsche und das Paket traf am 27. März ein. Es kam nicht mit einer DHL-Verpackung an, daher gehe ich davon aus, dass es mit einem anderen Spediteur geliefert wurde. Die Moral hier ist, wenn Sie E-Mails ins Ausland versenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie deren Sprache sprechen 😁

I ordered a product that didn't work as it should and it was late delivered. Medvape were so understanding that I wanted some sort of compensation for it and so they sent me two free packs of another product as compensation. Those worked as they should and I am very satisfied not only with the product, but with Medvape and an employee called Kris who gave me wonderful service. I would definitely recommend Medvape to literally everyone.

I order some vapes from medvape.ch with thcp but this substance is apparently illegal in Switzerland even though when you order from a site that is medvape.CH you expect everything there to be legal in your country. So not only now I have problem with the police they refuse to refund me. So have that in mind before you order. They ship from Germany or whatever, please do your research first.

I think I just got scammed... I bought an HHC-O vape and received a ZERO vape - without active ingredients. If it was a mistake, I received a reply to my emails, but still no one responds. If, like me, you want to spend 44 euros and receive a worthless thing - this store is for you. Contrary to what is written below, they did not respond to Whatsapp message either. The order number was OBOYSEAQL.
