The Access installer arrived on time and replaced my old garage door in about 30 minutes flat. He was obviously very experienced. He was also very friendly. He then explained to me how the new door operated and, as I had no further questions, went on his way. I am very pleased with the new door.

Updated review: After my initial review, they contacted me, assessed the work done, and acknowledged it did not meet their usual standards. They scheduled a visit to replace the screws and make necessary adjustments. It was evident that they genuinely cared about resolving the issue properly. Their handling of the situation was outstanding, and I am very pleased with the level of customer service. Going to such lengths to rectify the problem speaks volumes about the company, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by their response. Initial review: My garage door required new arms after their initial assessment. When they came to replace the arms, one of the springs broke, so they scheduled another visit to replace them. During the installation of the new arms, they used long screws that are now visible on the outside. On their next visit, they came to replace the springs. After some time, I was called down and told the work was completed. However, upon testing, I noticed that the door didn't stay open, which is very unsafe as it could have dropped at any moment on someone or on the car while trying to park it in the garage. The technician said he needed more time to fix it. The second time he called me down, claiming the job was done, his car was running, and he seemed ready to leave. It didn't appear that he had tested the door properly because, upon my own testing, the door was jamming and difficult to lift and close completely, still needing further adjustment. Even now, the door needs to be firmly shut, and it's only slightly better than before. I also mentioned that the door was closer to the right side than the left. He responded that he didn't install the new arms and that the previous person had placed them in the same position as before. It was clear they didn't care to do a thorough job, only a "good enough" job. Despite being the same company, they didn't take responsibility or try to improve the door's functionality. Yes, they replaced the arms, but they could have positioned them better to ensure the door was centered without any extra effort.

Arrived on site on time. Work completed satisfactorily.

My garage door was stuck enable to go up or down. Mark got information about the job at 3.30pm. He went to great lengths to find my phone number and advise me what time he was coming later in the afternoon. I was impressed with the courteous and efficient customer service and delighted with the punctual and thoroughly professional installation of the new doors. The fitters left everything neat and tidy and showed me how the doors worked before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

the product is excellent v helpful sales person and the chap who fitted it all tidied up afterwards one star is dropped as there was a delay of 4 weeks which does happen but the manager of the branch rude to me when I ring to enquire when I could expect delivery HE blamed his colleagues for giving me wrong dates and even suggested that I had a problem Fortunately I had no further dealings with this manager after that but what a shame - one person can let the whole side down but the garage door is great v happy with it

You can not trust this company. They came to check my garage door. They charged me £100 and put old batteries in my door. Their engineer reported motor needs to be changed, which cost me more than £800. I asked second company for opinion. They change my batteries to new proper ones for £30 and door started working again. Do not suggest this company.
