The experience of dealing with Access Garage Doors from the beginning till the end was smooth and easy. The company was very professional, with excellent line of communication and all the necessary paperwork forwarded promptly by emails. The surveyor spent a lot of time with me answering all my queries at the initial survey and then responding to my phone calls and guiding me patiently through various options. Once booked, the time schedule was followed exactly as promised and the door fitted on the agreed day. Everybody was very polite and pleasant to deal with. The Garadoor garage door works well and looks smart. I can highly recommend.

Access Garage Doors Ltd of Upminster is a Five Star Company,from going to see them at there Upminster showroom to them coming round to my address for the survey carried out by Lewis (who was excellent),to the fitting by Joe who was brilliant and explained everything about the garage doors after they had been fitted.

The company agent visited the House and assessed the old door. He then advised on the options. There was continual contact whilst the door was being made. It was then delivered and fitted efficiently.

Survey easy and on the same day. Order the Garage Door easy. Had the wait a little longer than the quoted 2 weeks because I changed the standard colour. Once the Door was received the fitting date was arrange within a few days. Installation was 1/2 day and the fitter helpful and polite. No pressure to make final payment. i.e within days and not hours/minutes after the installation.
