We were sold a faulty product from outset. We had to have repeated call outs for servicing and then had to argue on multiple occasions to have the fault addressed. In the end see we’re blackmailed into paying additional costs and additional parts for original faults and parts, as we were just days out of warranty and the garage failed all together. But we should not have had to pay for faults and parts that should have been replaced at the first call out. Very poor after care and customer service attitude. I will never use them again

This company was the first to reply to my enquiry to several suppliers. The surveyor was very efficient, identified my needs and gave good advice on the best options. Once the order was placed the door was available for installation well within the time frame quoted. Installation was completed within very few hours by one man and there was no mess.

The existing garage doors needed adjustment and servicing to make the new opener work properly. The service engineer did an excellent job. The doors now work properly.

Very helpful over the phone to see if problem could be fixed. Then follow up appointment was efficient and came as soon as they could and solved problem.

All the work appears to be done to a high standard. The garage door is working fine and fits well. The assessor and fitter both arrived as expected and carried out the survey and work professionally. We are very pleased with the whole process.

Going to give a 4 as a 3 would be a bit harsh. Generally very happy with the process. Let down by the door fitter who just threw all the items inside to make room for him to work. The garage could not have been cleared for him to work as the door was so badly damaged we couldn’t get access to the inside. I do have an image to support this review. Will use them again (have done in the past anyway) just a little hiccup I’m sure.

High cost of repair that was caused by a weakness in the frame
