Excellent service. I needed my broken garage door replaced quickly and Access garage doors pulled out all the stops and fitted my door within a few days.

Positive: fitter was helpful and door looks good BUT When door finally arrived after 10 weeks, it didn’t fit. It was too small by 40 mm. Fitter was baffled and wanted to call office. At that point the old door had already been taken out. What would have been the solution? The fitter had no solution. My husband then got some wood and we managed to fit it. The gap was so big we could not put foam in. I then asked the office to reflect this on the bill as this was not acceptable. I receive a threatening phone call which left me nearly in tears with a guy barking at me, shouting why would I want money off. It was a standard size and had they custom made the door, it would have cost us more. Yes but I would like to have been given the choice. He was so awful.in the end I paid minus 40£ for the wood. But the whole experience was awful. I would never ever advise anyone to use these people.

Came promptly and replaced the part immediately. Charges were very reasonable, even on a holiday. Will use again.

Crooks. They quoted for 6 doors, then when I tried to place an order they said it was only for 4 garage doors and I needed to pay 50% extra. I have the emails. I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards next - but have ticked the box that says they'll be informed, so let's see what they have to say for themselves.

UPDATED 24TH SEPTEMBER 3 months on still not fitted correctly. Depot manager Upminster has not been in contact when he said he would. Fighting to get this resolved DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AVOID. UPDATE 17/09 fitter booked to come by Depot Manager at Upminster THE FITTER WAS NOT BOOKED BY HIM AND WE WERE LEFT SITTING WAITING FOR A FITTER WHO WASN'T GOING TO ARRIVE. Depot manager went on leave for 2 weeks knowing this wasn't sorted. MORE Chasing by us . 24th September fitter from different depot arrived as arranged will need a return visit to hopefully rectify all the issues

Access garage doors Watford sent a £850+vat quote for a garage system to replace not the door. They did the job in 40 min for a system sold on line for £130 I.e costed more than £1’000 per hour. Company did not apologise for not clarifying and had confrontational attitude.

Crooks, do a shoddy install then won't repair it. I'm out £300 to get someone to fix their crappy workmanship. Owner is an utter rude t$£t

Great product at the fairest price. I took four quotes from Which? and Checkatrade recommended firms. Some competitors priced for 'special order' doors which added £200-400 to the RRP, while Access correctly estimated for a standard size and saved me a small fortune. Despite price match promises from the competitors, Access got the product, price, and survey correct from the start. I don't usually go for the lowest quote, but in this case, Access came out winners, it made no sense to go elsewhere. The fitter was very quick and left the site tidy, huge thanks.
