I couldn’t find the nuna mixx adapter anywhere in the USA and I needed it urgently, so I decided to buy it from you guys. Customer service was excellent (just need to have in mind the time difference) and the time that it took to arrive to the USA was very fast! I would totally recommend this business :)

Not sure this company is actually legit? I am waiting almost a month to receive the item I ordered and have had no response back to any of the follow up emails I sent them yet my inbox is literally full of their marketing emails they have been sending (EVERYDAY) since I place my order. Very annoying.

My products doesnt sent

Consegna qualche giorno in ritardo, nessuna comunicazione proattiva sul ritardo, numero del servizio clienti non raggiungibile, servizio chat sull’ordine con tempi di risposta almeno di 24h. Apprezzato buono sconto per scusarsi del piccolo disagio e fruibilità della lista nascita. In generale però abbiamo altri in ordini in ballo e va segnalato un grande problema di gestione logistica per una migrazione di magazzino che va avanti da mesi (molti prodotti in lista nascita diventano facilmente non disponibili, con tempi di riordino biblici, altri esauriti, per cui non risultano più disponibili nella lista). In un mondo in cui un ordine diretto dal fornitore stesso verrebbe evaso in 5-6 gg max e i futuri genitori hanno bisogno di certezze su tempi di consegna, tutto questo abbastanza inaccettabile. Personale in negozio non sempre formato sui processi, ma nota di merito alla responsabile che prova in tutti i modi di tamponare un’organizzazione dietro non ottimale.
