I bought a led machine light to mount on a manual lathe in December of 2023. I had called them and explained that the light didn't light up when plugged in. They wanted me to send pictures of the light plugged in and not working, so I did. On 1/12/24 I received an email that they had received the pictures and was being reviewed by their support staff. After emailing them numerous time without a response. I called them again and I was told they would look into it. So I asked for a manger and they couldn't connect me with them that they would have to call me back. It is now 2/26/24 and still no response. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, they just don't care to take care of the customer.

Communications is key and this company has virtually none. Never returned any type of reply to my questions about my order. The website cannot be logged into even after creating my login credentials. How do you expect customers to buy anything???

The screws were not tightened enough so some fell out. I cannot use the rack till I get some replacement screws. This is the second rack I have purchased from you, first one was good.

Falsely advertised the part was “in stock”, then tried to redefine the meaning of the terms Have not yet replied with requested delivery date. Promised 24hr. Phone call with updates twice…still have not heard anything… Nothing is going right with this order. I’m very dissatisfied.

Customer service is horrible. Rude people answering the phone. I placed an order for a scale on 2/7 still has not shipped. Was told I had to talk to the status dept. Not sales job . When I called status dept was told to talk to the warehouse. It wasn't their job. When I asked how to get ahold of the warehouse they didn't know and hung up on me multiple times. Absolutely horrible customer service and I still don't have answers . Order # is 100293569. I would like someone to call me 816-842-8866 with answers

Item was ordered over a week ago. No confirmation email even after contacting them. Called to cancel as it was still in the warehouse and wouldn’t make it in time. Day 4 of no response from the “supervisor” for approval of the refund. Don’t waste your time or money with this place

Update 3/7/24: no update from the company and when I called today I was put on hold for 12 minutes and 30 seconds and the rep came back online and said the finance department has not issued the refund. I asked to speak to the finance manager to move things forward and was told that there isn’t a direct line to the finance department and that she would be requesting a callback for me and would provide her manage with my info to call me back. So it continues…… Update 2/20/24: still more than a week since Toolots replied and I still have not received my refund. There is no communication between the sales team and the finance department and therefore everytime I call it’s the same response “the finance department has not issued a refund receipt” I purchased an on sale industrial refrigerator from this company on Black Friday of 2023 and around the middle of December I called to figure out when my order would be delivered and it turns out that they did not have the refrigerator that I ordered (and did not even bother to contact me via email or phone to tell me so I found out because I called them) and wanted me to select another refrigerator from their inventory but there was no other refrigerators with a comparable price. I requested a refund in the middle of December. They said that they had refund schedules and that I would receive my refund on January 26 of 2024. It’s now February 13 of 2024 and I’ve been calling pretty much every other day for two weeks and I have not received my refund nor has their staff helped me resolve this. They say that the hold up is the finance Department but that doesn’t make sense because previously I was told that my refund was scheduled to be refunded to me on the 26th of January 2024. I’m not sure if they’re just incompetent or if they just don’t have good processes in place but now I have not received a refrigerator that I paid $1600 and they still have not refunded me my money I would stay away from this company at all costs.
