The cost was very reasonable. Ordering was easy. Delivery was more efficient than, some companies. Product was as described. I was actually thinking, I was going to be disappointed somehow. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

This unit will do exactly what I need. It is a little banged up but it will not be noticed and works great. Couldn't beat the price.

the info I was given to track my shipment was incorrect. They could not tell me any info on when my air compressor or other things would be shipped from toolot. They gave me a tracking number and said that everything was included with that shipment, but I called xpo and that was incorrect the only item in that shipment was the item that was supposed to come from the merchant and not tootlot. When I asked the rep about the situation she basically told me she didn’t know .

Great Price & Delivered Early!!

Product arrived with a broken wheel, then when I plugged it in it didn't work either. I've contacted numerous people and I cannot get my return approved, they just keep giving me my ticket number, and tell me it needs manager approval. That started 14 days ago, this has been the slowest return, requiring me to call multiple times, and still nothing.

Ordered device 10 days ahead of needing it. Was supposed to deliver 3 days ahead of the date we needed it. First they were late to ship it, then it got destroyed in transit it and returned to them (all without notifying me). When I requested that another unit be overnighted to me they “couldn’t process” my request until the other unit had been returned. I think the moral of the story is don’t order from this company if you have a timeline because they frankly do not care.

I needed a new RV fridge for an upcoming trip. Time was of the essence. Your employee told me that it would take FIVE DAYS just to process the order. In this day and age, that is unacceptably slow. You need to step up your game.

I bought a harrow disk plow from you but it was frustrating! the 6' plow was displayed with a picture showing the plow with 16 disks. The description below it said it had 20 disks. I called your company and the representative said he didn't know for sure how many disks it came with but would check and get back to me. I waited two days and received no call back as promised. I called again and the same employee told me he had not heard back from the company after all it is made in China! I really didn't care where it was made but information on products you sell should be available to potential buyers within a reasonable amount of time or your employee should have told me that or called me back and let me know the issue at hand. I was looking for other alternatives and came upon a blog about your company. There was a question and answer section so I asked the same question and within day got an answer to the question I had asked originally. I then called your company and ordered the plow from a different employee. He was very helpful and I am pleased with the transaction so far as I await the arrival of the plow..Hopefully it has 20 disks as promised.
