**Before you order something from Toolots.com, check out the complaints with BBB. Wish I had Ordered a piece of equipment (flail mower) from them.. I was charged immediately the full amount when the order was placed. After several calls and numerous messages, I finely got a response I after waited nearly a month to find out the item I ordered was NOT IN STOCK.. So, what did they do to make it right? NOTHING!!!!! I had hoped that they would at least offer me an alternative item. NOPE!! NOTHING!! According to their web site the item was still in stock. They had similar items near the same pricepoint , that were supposedly in stock but who knows. So they are going to issue me a refund …. in about 1 1/2 MONTHS.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Oh and by the way YOU SEE ALL THOSE POSITIVE REVIEWS.. they're FAKE... This vendor bribes purchasers for good reviews ** send us a screen shot of your 5 star review and we'll send you a valuable bribe.. oh I mean prize.. or gift. lol ** Untrustworthy reseller. Again check out Better Business Bureau- complaints. ************************************************** Please note their response to my review. They never address the reason why it took nearly a month to figure out the item was not in stock.. and they have no justification for taking 1 1/2 mounts to process a refund.. PLEASE learn from my mistake and look elsewhere to purchase your items.

So here we go Toolots asked for a review... first red flag we purchased the Mini Track motorized dump. 1st issue is this box on it was exactly that a box so when you would go to dump the product there was a panel that would not allow dumping. This required modification to make it useful. Second the gear box does not shift smoothly you have to double clutch it to get the gear box to shift. We have put it to work on two days. Both days the equipment DID NOT perform well. For clarification we are not happy with the purchase. I like to be fare this review is the only communication with toolots about this issue. The shipping box was damaged, the sealing tape came loose and the box was open. However, there was no damage to the contents.

I ordered buttons which was delivered but missing the plastic covers. I have an international business and did not open the box because I have been ordering many items that I have to ship in a container. When I was ready to packed the container and open the box I realized the plastic covers was missing. I called the company and was told someone would return the call, no one called I had to call again. I was told there is nothing they could do because of Company policy. This Company sent me to another Company to get the product I needed. I will never order from this Company again; they choose to send me to another Company rather than helping me. I order items for my business from other Companies and never had a problem. Really BAD business.

Outstanding DellCool mini-fridge / beverage center; perfect for any bedroom or office! Bought and returned another brand from a different dealer — that advertised whisper quiet. DellCool advertised ‘no noise’ which is what we wanted. Whatever technology they use in here, there is no ‘cycling’ on or off. No noise. Period. Great service. Arrived quickly. Printer didn't come with a manual or brochure. Was told they will email manual/brochure, they never did. Super large warehouse but very poor quality control and customer service. Never again.

I don't know where or how this company has the nerve to update this order to "complete" when the package has not been delivered. Furthermore, I've tried SEVERAL times this week to speak to someone who is truly in this alleged California company. I get a run around, cannot get anyone to return my call, have been put on hold for nearly an hour, and hung up on. I cannot understand how and why a package takes over 2 weeks to arrive by what you originally claimed to be Federal Express for nearly $100 in shipping costs - Pony Express would have been quicker!!!! Your customer service is losey and your company seems like a complete farce.

Received this but just got the rv refrigerator yesterday. Can't really tell you how the refrigerator is but the Fed Ex and shipping was amazing! Friendly, EASY,and reliable. The refrigerator looks nice :)
