I cancelled my order, there were problems with delivery that could not be resolved as agreed at the time of purchase. I became concerned about the customer service of the company I was about to make a major purchase. If there was this much hassle with delivery, what could I expect with support after delivery. My concern was elevated when the credit card was charged before product shipped. The order was cancelled before shipped, I have not been able to get a cancellation confirmation or the money returned to my credit card. It been 20 days since the company charged my credit card. All I can say is buyer beware, If customer service is important look else-ware for your business needs. I have been unsuccessful with the cooperation from the salesmen or their customer service. I had to go to the credit card provider to file a complaint regarding the lack of response to return my money. Again BUYER BEWARE LOOK ELSE WARE FOR YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS.

I never recieved my purchase. I disputed the charge because I never got it but this company swears that I did. Don't buy anything from them, not reputable.

Four days ago, I created an account and it instantly locked me out! Tried to do Password reset for 3 days and every time I never received the reset link. Three days ago, I emailed general questions about resetting my password and account and still haven't heard back!

They took your money, then no response for ten days already even no order confirmation, it is gone with the wind. Call the customer service twice, the order is still in process.

I had an issue with the emailed receipt. A live person answered the phone and fixed the issue.

Absolutely terrible communication! I ordered a cabinet on November 17, (Order # 100274031) it shipped out on November 20 and is currently sitting in a warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, CA. I call and call and am always told (if they don't hang up on me) oh we will check it out and get back to you. NOT ONCE have they ever gotten back. I asked if they would at least refund me back my money and NO for the longest time they kept saying oh just give us a little more time. If I could give a zero star I would! Now they are even denying that I even ordered a Cabinet in November! They need to get it together!
