Ordered online which was easy and straightforward. I was kept up to date with delivery of my order. Item arrived and was well packaged and was great quality which is what you expect now from Neptune.

Wonderful product, efficient,knowledgeable,friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent delivery company. BUT, one quibble - Delivery times are extremely lengthy for any customized items- some larger items,I understand, but 3 months for a footstool,or similar small pieces,which must be frequent sellers,is too long !!!

Such a shame that my pleasant shopping experience instore at Tonbridge was ruined by dreadful delivery. Despite providing exact delivery instructions when I ordered my piece of furniture AND speaking to the delivery driver when he was en route to my house, my £800 table was left at the wrong property (entrance hall of block of flats) with no protective covering on it or getting a signature. Why the driver hadn't called me again when no one was answering the flat he was trying to deliver the table to - if he had I would have been able to tell him that he was at the wrong property! Phoned Tonbridge store straight away and they were incredibly apologetic and said they would contact customer services at head office but have had no apology from head office for dreadful service. Cannot fault Tonbridge store but HO need to improve delivery service.

The driver delivered the goods to a neighbour who had just moved in and wasn’t sure who’s parcel it was for but luckily we saw her and mentioned she had a parcel from you

The lights in our Glazed Dresser failed due to a fault in the transformer after 8 years full time use. Neptune kindly and promptly supplied a replacement and then a member of their team came and changed the unit for us. He was most helpful and careful in his work, and they only charged for the replacement unit. Caring and good value service.

When we first started our renovation project, we really liked the look and quality of Neptune and decided to have the whole house decorated with Neptune. Their interior and kitchen design team was very helpful and prepared beautiful presentations of what everything would look like. The installation team was most efficient and helpful and we are completely happy with our experience. Special thanks to Jess and Mary -the designers, Sarah- design coordinator, Ian - installation manager, Eleven oaks- installers, and Tom -decorator. Highly recommended!

The driver was really accommodating as I was out when he arrived and kindly waited for my return 40 mins later. On a general point though it would be much better to give a better idea of your drivers arrival not just 30 mins notice.
