Fantastic help and support from Fiona the Home Designer at the Weybridge store. I've ordered several furniture items and have been very happy with the service from all the team and the products. Most recently Fiona has guided me through choosing curtains and blinds for 3 rooms. All round good experience every time. Not my specific location but have visited there several times and found it to be very enjoyable; so well kept. Great atmosphere with the Ladies (Staff) always making us so welcome. Thank you. Could spend a fortune in there. Budgeting just now but..... Oh....and Parking on site! :) Thank you

Excellent company. Their showrooms are incredible, beautifully decorated and arranged and I always feel that I can take my time when I’m visiting. Bought Arbroath baskets which I use for my shoe cupboard and for wardrobe storage. Beautiful baskets that last. Packaging fully recyclable and well packed. Very happy.

Ordered our Arundel table bench and chairs from the Stanway store. All very helpful we have been back and forth for months then took the plunge. Delivery day arrived Steve &Nathan delivered with care and attention lovely guys and all was as it should be. Issue is I am now addicted to Neptune!!! Thank you

A great candle but a silly price to be quite honest. There is no credible defence to charge £65 for a 3 wicket scented candle.

Always great customer service from the Farnham branch. Order arrived on time but unfortunately am returning it as the finish on the lights is much darker than those on display. More black than bronze. Great pity.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. We are delighted with our new dining chairs. High quality, beautifully made. Very helpful staff in the store. Delivery was outstanding. It is always an enjoyable experience visiting the store.

Over the years we have attended cooking demonstrations at Neptune, Farnham. The one on Wednesday 11th December did not disappoint. Aside of the demonstrations, which are always fabulous, the store is always a treat to visit. Immaculately set out, warm and inviting. The staff are always helpful and approachable.

Very slow to receive our cushions, all the while you had our payment . It would be better to charge the client once the product is sent, especially if there is such a lo g wait.

Our experience with the team at Neptune Winchester was very good. Their design of our living room was excellent. I am hopeful that head office will be equal to the task when they address the fault in one of the arm chairs delivered. Julie.
