You are missing the point regarding the Handsworth cutlery. You say it is dishwasher proof. By the way, my daughter went with her complaint to your Guildford store after approximately 6 months of using it when she noticed the metal was corroding. The response from your employee was:”maybe don’t put it in the dishwasher”. Unbelievable! This cutlery is NOT dishwasher proof clearly. Poor response then and poor response now. It now has become unusable….

My order was taken efficiently. The sale discount was generous. I was kept informed regarding delivery date and time. In the two week delivery period I realised I would be away. I received a personal reply telling me that delivery would be during the following week. As on previous occasion the delivery men were courteous, quick, efficient and respectful of my home. I am very pleased with my new blanket box/ottoman which suits the room decor and is just as described... plus sale discount! Thank you, Neptune.

Two of your stores (Knutsford and Southport) to me are very unwelcoming - you see things in store, want to purchase, to be told "Oh we will have to order that in", why do you not have items in stock (I am talking a picture on both occasions, so not big items) - I live in Manchester and both stores are a good drive out....I have been to Chester and the staff there are an absolute joy, so something is going right there - Knutsford staff are particularly snobby and that can be off-putting, to the extent my husband won't go to that store again, hence the drive to Chester and Southport to seek friendlier service - staff need to be far more welcoming and stock needs to be in store especially if you are driving a long way to get to a store - stores like this are almost pushing everyone to buy online, and where will that leave stores in the future?

On line order - Had furniture for bedroom Larsson which we had painted to order. Excellent quality and delivered on time. Well packaged etc which drivers took with them. Furniture came with a touch up pot with the colour being made to order. Overall experience was fabulous. Definitely would recommend for products, helpful staff (contacted via phone as wanted to check on line to check item) and great delivery.

This company does everything well. Over the last 18 to 20 years I have purchased numerous items of furniture, accessories etc from them. Everything has been of the best quality, well constructed/made and always as expected. The service is of an exceptional standard unlike an inordinate amount of other companies I have dealt with. As a frequent customer of the shop in Bath, and an avid Neptune fan, my last few visits here have been underwhelming. Most recently last week. The staff seem miserable and the atmosphere is awkward. I try and get in and out as fast as possible. There is an air about the place that is uncomfortable and I almost dread walking in. I think I will shop online from now on.

The quality of anything from Neptune never disappoints. I’ve bought various home furnishing accessories, baskets, linen basket and more recently trays❤️

I went into the store to get the design service from Maeve and I was told she was made redundant. This is such a shame/ oversight ! . She had some amazing ideas to help me with my extension. I won’t be coming back to Neptune without this service

Quick delivery and good quality paint

Lovely furniture but takes far too loog to deliver. Ordered a side table in March and only just arrived end of August!

Ordered stool in April this year, arrived last week in a box. Expensive stool of £800 comes like an IKEA flat pack for me to set up. I was very disappointed that there service was extremely poor. Not a up market shop as I was lead to believe from the show rooms.
