Good website and easy to navigate and order but disappointing delivery. I did get a call to tell me delivery would be on Friday but unable to give me an idea of time eg morning or afternoon. Told to ring back the day before which I did - again unable to tell me as 'run sheet not arrived' suggested ring back in the morning - which I did and again unable to say. Ended up staying in all day only to get the delivery later afternoon. Several phone calls with unhelpful 'we haven't had run sheet'. Most other places give at least an idea of morning or afternoon if not a 2hr window and live tracking so you can see where your driver is so you are able to pop out if needed rather than wait all day. A text message updates would be great rather than having to repeatedly ring. Website is so easy and up-to-date, shame delivery service is not so 21st century.

Good products, customer service and delivery

The polycarb roof and self supporting bars were a good price, ordering was easy online and good communication from the delivery driver.

I ordered my polycarbonate sheets plus rafter bars/closers etc and that was great. The following Monday I received a phone call to say that the items would be delivered on that Friday. Within an hour I received an email to say they would be delivered the next week on the Wednesday. The following week I rang back on the Tuesday to see if they were still coming on that day only to be told that they would be delivered on the Thursday. About 10mins later the delivery company turned up and we're dropping my order off. I'm confused on delivery but everything else was fine.

Delivery expected the following Wednesday after ordering, I even confirmed on the Wednesday being told still out for delivery as had the roofer coming to fit on the Thursday. Not delivered. Thursday waited then rang again, told would be the Friday. Roofer came to fit a week later all the corners on the polycarbonate sheets were damaged they had to be Re trimmed and new foil tape applied

The website has described its products perfectly in plain and simple English that even a novice like me could clearly understand. Delivery was fast and a very helpful driver. Could not have gone better.

Online ordering was simple, prices good, communication throughout the ordering process was excellent, delivery happened when promised. There was a small shortfall on the delivery, but this was quickly and painlessly resolved.
