Simple to order, material as descibed and delivered in a timely manner

Ordering items was easy. Delivery on time as estimated. No problems so far.

Don’t touch with a barge pole ..appalling service delivered to wrong address dumped on drive promised ….now second delivery cocked up avoid !!!

Good product and good price but not happy with the delivery of the product. Only one person came to deliver 5 meter long heavy piece and left it outside the house. Luckily we had builder at site who helped me but driver refused to help to bring it inside.

The customer service lady was fantastic, calling me to sort out a mistake I had made in my order, so it could be addressed before the delivery was sent. The driver was cheerful and helpful

Items arrived on time, but one panel incorrectly cut too wide. Offered a replacement but only with a 1 week wait, or told to recut it myself. Not the best service when you pay to have them cut to a specific measurement.

Really good service and excellent product. Information on their website and support from their staff by phone was very good. We did have one incorrect item supplied, but this was rectified promptly, and considering where live in the Scottish Borders, proved again their service was/is impeccable. Thank you.

Waited in all day for our delivery and nothing arrived. Ordered 6th June, and they stated delivery today 12 June. Phoned their office twice today, and was told No9 on the delivery list and by lunchtime, that it was their own delivery drivers... all seemed well. 3:30pm came and rang again, with sometime around 5pm the response. and the additional common response of 'the last delivery of the day', which appears to mean, we will not be delivering it today. The work using the parts has had to be postponed. It is not acceptable to pay 25 pounds for delivery and nothing turn up, while being told twice it is out for delivery. We hope the goods will soon arrive and we are not left to wait in all day again for nothing. Edit: No call received or voicemail left, nor any explanation on email as to when the items will be redelivered, as per my request. It was stated on the phone is was 'your drivers', so I am unclear now what information is correct, if anything? Please try again and reach out to resolve. The items were eventually delivered and TGS dealt with my issue, so I have improved the rating from 1 to 3.

The Website was easy to use, Delivery was about a week, I was given a delivery date/day and they delivered on time. All the panels and bars etc were very well packed. There was 1 item missing from the delivery, a call to customer services and this was sorted out Very pleased
