Orders are taken by nice staff and goods arrive even earlier than specified time.

I ordered Monday, got a phone call 10 mins later letting me know my order will be delivered that Thursday which I initially thought was great. Thursday comes, nothing, no communication from them whatsoever, no tracking or anything so I contacted them and was told it would be the last drop. Nothing arrived. Contacted again today and was told it wouldn’t even come today either. Shocking service. So after making all the necessary arrangements for the Saturday after to fit all this having been told it would arrive yesterday I’m now left with having to pay someone for Saturday that they won’t have any materials to do anything with. I would hope they’ll make this right by getting this to me asap and giving me a good chunk of money back or I will be seriously peed off!

No delivery: I was sent an email on the day of the purchase that my delivery is estimated for today but I have not received any confirmation of this. However, this morning I called the office and I was advised that the delivery is happening today but late in the evening. So it is 10pm and I don't expect any delivery to happening at this time!!!

Everything was fine, the buying was easy all the products I needed were available and a reasonable price too. However I was informed that the delivery would take place probably week starting 17/04, which was fine I was in no rush, however I was just about to go to Tesco for a click and collect and a large lorry pulled up with my stuff......Without warning, no email nowt.

Quick service from order to delivery some items missing from order one phone call and delivered in two days. A message to give you a delivery date would be great, so you could arrange to be in for when the driver turn up would go a long way.
