This is the first time I have used The Glazing Shop and the service they provided from ordering online to delivery was excellent. Their website is easily navigated and clear, their prices are extremely competitive and the delivery of my order was prompt and as advised. The polycarbonate sheets and other items were well packed to provide good protection during delivery. Well done The Glazing Shop!

All twin-wall polycarbonate sheets, many of which were cut into triangles, were poorly packed causing damage to every sheet, plus I ordered 11 pieces but only 9 were originally supplied! Even some of the 11 replacement items, which came packed far better, had some minor damaged corners but I was able to accept the damage and correct it as necessary as it ended up hidden in the snap down glazing bars. Additionally, my 10m of anti-dust tape had crushed edge sections, once again due to poor packing. That said, the product is fine and delivery was quick so, I probably would buy from them again, they just need to address packaging problems with the supplier (Molan UK Ltd).

Your lady who answers the phone is very rude. No details on my questions about delivery, she should not work on customer service, again very rude, shame. I will not buy from this company anymore and I will do my best to inform the factory director as well.

Complete let down, due for delivery today, book two days holiday to fit. on the phone promised today by 6pm they phone at 5pm to say its not even on the lorry. DON't used this company complete wasters. Thanks for your excuse, this is the second this has happen!!!

I sent an email saying what I wanted and very quickly I had a reply asking me some questions and once I gave the answers they sent me a very competitive quote.i then went on line and ordered all the components I required, received a confirmation invoice and the next day received an email saying that my order will be delivered next week, all in all a pleasant experience

Good products, all delivered within a week. Price was more competitive than other sites I checked. Got everything needed for a pergoda roof. Only suggestion would be to add some more information on website for first time polycarb roof builders as I over ordered what I needed. Would recommend the glazing shop and will use again 👍

I bought 2 vent motors for my conservatory. Total cost about GBP400 so not trivial money. I was told delivery in 10-14 days. Delivery came early with no prior warning. Luckily I was in. When my electrician came to fit the motors, one of them did not have the bag of screws and fittings. I emailed the glazing shop. Lisa rang the following day to apologise and promised the manufacturers would send a replacement bag of bits within days. It did not arrive. I waited a week and tried again. Another apology from Lisa and a promise that another bag of bits would reach me no later than Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no bits. In the end, my electrician fitted the motors by creating the necessary fixings from his own supplies. The motors now work. Lisa told me they had had lots of cases where replacement bits had been sent but had not arrived. She blamed Royal Mail for losing them. I strongly suspect that the manufacturers never got round to sending out the replacement bits in the first place. The Glazing Shop's ability to get decent remedial service from its suppliers is poor to non-existent. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them. I have now read the response from The Glazing Shop which does, I think, make my point. Lots of apologies but I STILL do not have the missing bits.
