not recieved order yet so I cant comment on product but service when ordering was great had to phone the day after I placed order to amend it was done right away without any fuss Excellent delivery service driver went out of his way to make delivery "many thanks " good quality product would recomend

Excellent service and panels fitted perfectly. Damage to one of the panels in transit was dealt by Lisa at sales in friendly and professional manner and a replacement was sent. Would definitley use The Glazing Shop again.

Spent >£500 for roofing and the fixing buttons did not arrive with the order. Roofer arrived as booked and I had to pay him for his time in going to collect some from elsewhere because I was at work. The companies response......offered delivery of the fixing buttons (too late now) or refund and they will take it up with the manufacturer where the order was sent from. I am now out of pocket all round!

Placed my order with The Glazing Shop after searching the internet for prices and finding they were very competitive. I received confirmation of my order and the following day received an email to say my order would be with me 10-14 days. The delivery arrived well wrapped and in full and the delivery driver was both polite and helpful. All in all a very good experience and will certainly use The Glazing Shop again.

I was impressed with your website which was very informative and helpful. The product looks good and I will be installing to my conservatory shortly. I have a lean-to conservatory and ordered an end rafter but appear to have received a 2.5 Metre intermediate rafter, I am sure you will be able to fix this after the bank holiday for me. Once the rafters are exchanged I will be extremely satisfied customer.

Very good at taking the order. Now l need to know when it will be delivered, the phone is constantly on answering machine and messages are not being responded to. Cannot track my order from my account as promised.
