Pleased with the product, but there was confusion over when we would receive the delivery, and it arrived unexpectedly. Thankfully someone was there to accept it.

The service over the email was great. Im giving 4 stars only for not being able to contact over the phone and also no one called me back when left a message. Otherwise the email response was quick and polite and explanatory.

I tried to order by phone because there was some advice I needed. Although leaving my phone number twice on the promise that I would get a ring back I never received a ring back. Also, I placed the order on line and was asked how you did, when what I wanted to hear was when the order would be delivered, the first thing that anyone ordering online wants to know. I have since learned that an e.mail from the glazing shop went astray and I am pleased to amend my previous review.

Second time I have used The Glazing Shop and I will definitely use them again. Best prices I could find and they can cut polycarbonate sheet to any size. Only problem is the mobile version of their website doesn’t show up a full page on some products making it hard to select some options in products.

well where do i start .I have just gone to purchase 2 packs of polycarbonate fixing buttons and gone to checkout and the postage is a flat rate 18.70 plus vat.My issue is not only the extortionate postage but when i went through with the initial purchase with the sales woman she assured me that they were no needed for them due to the glazing bars that i was fitting with the 16mm polycarbonate sheets that i was purchasing.I have fitted the sheeting which was not cut to the exact measurement that was ordered.i had to re position the timber frame supports to make it fit.The poly carbonate sheeting has slipped, hence the reason for the purchase of the fixings.Please be aware that this company is for some products just a go between with another company.My order was supplied by another company.
