Our Tenancy person is Aileen and I find her easy to deal with. She's lovely to chat to and if there are any problems, emails are answered promptly. On the other hand, if there is something I'm needing to do in or outside the property, Aileen talks to me about it. I understand the property owner is her first priority but Aileen makes us feel important too.

We have enjoyed our communication lines with Leanne. She is friendly and very proactive with every concern we may have. She has been supportive, approachable and I would recommend her as a very good property manager.

My experience renting with the company has been a good one. All repairs if there are any, are delt with and fixed as soon as possible. Our property Manager is very nice and easy to talk too.

The inspection went well, was done very professionally. I spent much of the previous day getting the flat ready for inspection and this was remarked on. I had an issue with the smoke alarm which went off repeatedly for no reason, and this was promptly replaced.

Kelly has always been very approachable and friendly, with great communication. She has helped us work through a few urgent issues we have had with the property and made it much more straightforward then it would have otherwise been. We have felt like our property has been in safe hands and we really appreciate that. Thank you!

Kelly is excellent. Her communication and reference to me regarding maintenance requirements is prompt. Nothing seems too much trouble. Our tenants are happy too.

Before we arrived in NZ (April 2023) , we met our home agent Anna from Oxygen. She's very helpful in making sure that we get a perfect home for us. Oxygen helped us get a home that suits our needs. The location is perfect. It is near to parks which is perfect as we have a kid and lead us to an active lifestyle. But at the same time our home location offer peace and quiet community. The house is also functional, bedrooms are big enough, kitchen and living room is also spacious. Oxygen made sure that everything is working properly and offer us fair rates. I also like how they communicate with us after we movedin, they are very responsive. Oxygen is such a reliable partner in looking for home.

Oxygen has been amazing when it comes to homes ive rented with them. They have made sure my family and I are warm and in a home and have gone above and beyond. Michelle is an amazing landlord.
