Thereza from Oxygen Rentals have been immensely helpful to us when we first contacted her for rental property. We we’re relocating from Auckland and it was hard finding a property in Wellington remotely. She helped us view the property via a video call, showed us around the place and gave us a good detail of what we can expect. We got the agreement for the place signed and accepted within 2 days. Also since we have moved in, Thereza has been in constant communication for any service issues we have requested or for any routine inspections that are required. We are first time home owners that are moving overseas and looking for help renting our home out.
