Susie has been great at addressing issues at the Flats where we live in a timely manner (has come out after hours when I've locked myself out - shot Susie!) Really great at sending comms too when there's maintenance around the property which I super appreciate especially as my mahi hours are at opposites to most of the other tenants.

Vicki always responds immediately to any issues regarding the property, she is very respectful and professional. I feel totally at home here and try my best to treat the place as such. I feel Vicki sees that and appreciates it. I am thankful for that respect and thank Vicki for the great job she does :)

Maria was very approachable, friendly and answered all the questions I had. She made what is normally a very stressful process easier than anticipated. Communication was great through every step right up to move in day. Instructions were clear, advice was great and we are thankful to have her as our agent as I have experienced some not so friendly agents in the past at different house viewings. We have moved into our new home and love it. I would recommend Oxygen properties to friends and family just because it was an easy transition from start to finish

Handover was great with property manager and very welcoming. first inspection was fine as well but did not get the review until enquiring whether it had been completed or not. When requesting to get the house inspected and dealt with for the mould in bathroom I did not get any acknowledgment of my email being received, only found out when I had called on Monday 1st May. I got a reply about what the landlords resolution on 02/05/2023 was which we thought wasn’t good enough but appreciated property manager passing this onto the landlord. I had replied 03/05/2023 and have since not received a reply. It has been a week since replying.

From my perspective Vicki has been a dedicated and responsive property manager. Nothing is too hard (albeit I have a really good test for her soon). But I am confident she will handle it.

I found Maria Aiulu Property Manager good to talk with, she was very swift n thorough with her checks, and gave her feedback in an area I thought maybe too concerning but wasn't, which made me feel at ease. Living in my flat has made me a bit more relaxed with peace of mind.

Aileen has been managing our rental for the last 3 years and has really taken the stress completely away from us. She has got us quality tenants and always alerts us early with any maintenance that may be required. The detail is important and Aileen is as sharp as a tack, identifying any issues in the 3-4 monthly property inspections that we could easily miss. In addition to this she is firm, but fair with tenants which is refreshing. I would highly recommend Aileen to anyone looking for a property manager.

Firstly I would like to say that my property manager is great she is extremely friendly and professional. Anything that needs fixing is done so in a timely manner. Oxygen makes sure that the property is upto date with all the requirements made by Government to keep my home warm and dry. I have no problems with Oxygen property management at all.

Great communication and very pleasant to deal with. Very efficient with paperwork and signing on too. Some initial concerns around the condition of some of the household areas were rectified in a timely manner.
