I have always found the staff of Oxygen Property Management to act in a professional manner. They have responsed immediately to emergencies (think, no hot water) or, timely, to isuues or concerns I have had with the property over the past 2+ years of renting. Vicki Foss, who has been the person to inspect this property, presents a positive face for Oxygen; she communicates well, is flexible when there is need to reschedule an inspection, pleasant and conversive in person and very respectful of the privacy that is my home ( I am always present for inspections).

Maria is contactable, organised and thorough. She communicates clearly and in a timely manner.

Renting with Oxygen is a pleasant experience. Customer Service is very prompt and professional. Contact is regular and friendly and response to any query or issue is handled immediately. Maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly with very little disruption.

She is always very professional. She doesn't miss anything with her instructions, guidance towards the jobs that need doing. She is kind but also fair with reference to what needs to be done. Taking a cool shower is no fun ! Called Leanne our property manager and within hours the electrician she'd organized had arrived and we had hot water again that afternoon. We really appreciate the way she responds super quickly any time we need help ! Thanks from a couple of happy renters with a hot shower !
