From what I read on website and what I have experienced from auscare ..very disappointed.And don’t deliver what they advertise which is the norm for ndis company websites. Failed to ring back twice when they said they would, and waited an hour and a half for a call back. There communication with other staff there not good , saying I’m from this team so don’t know. They don’t work together or communicate..

The people at aus care community services reviews are so kind and easy to get along with.

The plan managers are fantastic, but last few months after leaving messages that I needed to speak to One, I get no replies and have to ring again or just give up, untillsomething else comes up. Support coordinators, no experience, have me going round in circles, just to get answers to my queries. Office girls are great and Jo is very accomodating.

They ripped me. Stole my funds. Do not trust them!

My support coordinator Lachelle is a legend. She always knows exactly what I need and has a lot of empathy. I hope this review will be passed on to her and other workers

Working with Belinda Lister as a COS from Auscare Support has been a wonderful experience. Always timely in responding to queries and has rapidly put in an amazing network of supports for a complex support. I could not recommend Belinda as a COS more highly.

Auscare is very prompt to process payments or to sort out any problems. That's important to being able to get needed supports quickly. They keep me apprised of how my budget's going promptly each month. The support coordinator Mandy is super helpful, and tries to get great solutions when help is needed. I've been so impressed with Auscare that I have had no hesitation in recommending them to others, especially my own daughter.

Wow, I am super impressed at what Deeann Green has accomplished on my behalf. She has been such a source of support and she really helped me to get the most out of my plan and oversaw my review for change of disability after becoming an amputee 3 months ago. I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome and the support she secured to help me navigate this first year as an amputee. Deeann is a hard working and understanding support coordinator and I can't thank her enough for all she does to help me. Words just aren't enough!!!

Auscare Support has been wonderful for our family, always trying their best to connect us with services, making all options readily available and I never hesitate to ask them questions. They are very thorough and I can not fault them.

AusCare has really made our first year with NDIS such a breeze..they took care of the financial aspect of the program so that I can focus on my son's therapies and development. Thank you.

My Support coordinator lost their Home and Office And car in the recent Lismore floods and was unable to continue my support coordination. Jo from Auscare quickly got the supports i needed, up and running and has kept up regular communication with me and shown great empathy and listening skills. I Highly recommend this service that actually cares for their clients.

On behalf of Jeffrey I am replying, as he is non verbal, I am Team leader in his home , Bronwyn Nolen, The support Co ordinator we have , I would certainly recommend her, we have a very good relationship, she is available when needed, she is hard working and honest and her main concern which is mine is to act in the best way possible for the client , to achieve what they would like and to assist the client in having opportunity to have the best outcome and she does that on a daily basis.

Auscare has always been supportive and helpful and if we have any queries, these have been attended to in a timely manner. Staff have always attended to any problems that may happen and again tended to if possible. It is also very helpful to receive a copy of our spending each month.
