The help and support I've had from Auscare has been fantastic, I would have struggled to find my way through the bureaucracy without their help. Happy to have a conversation and uses initative, is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Denise has been great explaining how NDIS works. Invoices get paid fast and that is great in a small town.I email Denise photos of the things I do and get great feedback. I feel like the team actually care about how I am. We are all going through a scary time, it is nice to be able to get an email just to talk about the photos. NDIS is a whole lot less confusing now. Denise at Auscare has always been extremely efficient and available to answer any questions that I may have. The Providers I use are also very happy with theirs accounts being paid in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Auscare Support.

I have been dealing with Emma M at Auscare who has been the most amazingly helpful, patient, professional and respectful individual. Emma has attempted to resolve a 7-month outstanding issue as a result of the incompetence of the NDIA. I think if anyone can resolve it it's Emma and Auscare. The approach used is proactive in trying to resolve issues rather than obstructive. Thank you
