Rebecca Reeves is excellent. She is extremely efficient, friendly, has great customer service and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the NDIS. I would very much recommend her to any NDIS participant.

with Covid19 it is hard at the moment to visit people that's why I have not bothered to get in contact. I have had no phone calls from auscare you to arrange appointment to set up my plan. because of this bug floating around I am not traveling any ware

I am a new client, I have only had limited dealings with the service but I had to follow up on payments that should have been processed and my case worker was able to promptly process them. I'm unsure why the payments were not processed the first time.
