I was expecting two pairs of slippers but only one pair was delivered. Whilst the pair that were delivered are fine but I am disappointed and annoyed only to have received one pair. After notifying Shoezones customer service, it appears that I should have put that I required "2" rather than "1" pair" on my order. This is not clear. I would have thought the application of any offer should have automatically been applied. So for anyone else please note.

I am only buying soft shoes from Shoe Zone, all their smart office shoes are RUBBISH. Had nothing but problems, so trainers, slippers only are ok, the rest is awful wasted money several times.
