Bought a pair of Hobos shoes for my son as they looked quiet decent. A month and a half later it fell apart. I took it to Shirley branch in Southampton. Lady said managers not in and she can't do anything for me even though I had the receipt. She told me I can't pay £15 for a pair of shoes and expect it to last longer than 2 months. I was disgusted by her attitude. My son outgrew his other shoes from other stores. I only bought this pair feom them as a last minute purchase because he needed shoes for school. I will not buy anything else feom this company ever again.

Easy to use website, mens and ladies slippers I bought were an absolute bargain on buy one get one free, both good quality and fast free delivery, can't get better than that!

Ordered buy one get one free but ordered kids boots in error (thought 4.5 was a teenage size!) I reordered, correctly, online and returned the first lot with absolutely no problem. Delivery was amazingly fast. Ordered late Friday afternoon and were delivered by 11 Saturday morning. Incredible service thank you.

I took advantage of the buy one get one free offer. The boots look nice and well made. Bargain for the price. Next day delivery too. I wear size 41 EU which is usually 8 UK. The boots are size 8 but 42 EU. I have narrow feet but they fit perfectly.

Online shopping at shoe zone is super easy and the speed of delivery is amazing. Always good value. When I've bought in store the staff are always helpful.
