I ordered the boots one afternoon and they were delivered the following day excellent service. The boots are good quality and price. Also everyone has admired them. Well done yo all concerned. I will certainly order from shoe zone again. These were ordered between Christmas and the new year.

Unfortunately it's not waterproof and my daughters school books got soaked. Completely ruined them. I assumed it would be waterproof, however lesson learned. Always check.

Excellent website, easy ordering, good communication regarding home delivery. Delivered next day, unfortunately boots were not wide enough, so returned to local Shoezone for refund. Will definitely use again though.

Ordered two pairs….only one pair arrived. Took forever to reach customer services. Then they advise that the pair ordered and paid for was not even in stock. No compensation offered at all for incompetence. Will shop elsewhere in future. Edit - then they leave the comment below, even though they have all details and chat history with the team they are suggesting that I contact again. Terrible!

Amazing prices but they are equally as good as other companies where you pay 5 times the price. I am just replacing a pair that I bought a couple of years ago. They were so comfortable. Also ordered them on a Sunday afternoon and arrived Monday morning

My dad went to buy shoes for my siblings, he forgot his bag and went back to the store and he asked a worker where his bag was and she said a woman has stolen it and they would start looking. Two days later me and my elder sister went there again just to buy new school shoes then we heard her talking and laughing with the other workers saying ''A man came to the here and asked do I work here and then she said doesn't it look like I work here. My dad forgot his bag then she said what kind of stupid statement is that then she and her colleagues started laughing and talking bad about my dad saying he is stupid. This was hard to hear because they didn't know who we were.it is not nice to talk about people behind their back and gossip and laugh based on anything. Especially if you don't know what they have been through. SHOEZONE DON'T HAVE RESPECTFUL AND KIND WORKERS.They only gossip and laugh about the customers. AND IT IS NOT FAIR.
