Always buy my Boots, Slippers at Shoe Zone. They closed their shop near me but I know my size with them always fits so I am confident when ordering online. I ordered some new shoes boots and trainers my shoes came lovely fit great great price quick delivery But a what a shame the boots and trainers were missing from my parcel so I sent a email to customer services with what had come plus all the details for the boots and trainers recived a reply not long after they would look into the missing boots and trainers another day passed got another email asking if I would like my boots and trainers or my money back said would like my items got them the following day great boots will keep me stood up in the snow and my trainers great roll on summer the shoe zone services was fantastic no hassle and I recived my parcel so thank so much all who dealt with this great customer service

Absolute lifesaver. Affordable school shoes, delivered next day... My 8yr old find new ways to destroy shoes every term... Whether they cost £50 and he out grows then in 3 months or £10 and he manages to rip the velcro off (on the section he doesn't even use!) I can't drive and so having shoes delivered for free the next day saves so much hassle... Time off work, stress from the autistic child in a morning about not being allowed to wear trainers... The list goes on. I have used this service a few times and I've just returned pairs to the shop when I order the wrong ones ... No questions asked. Staff are always helpful and down to earth. So much easier than being made to feel bad by expensive shoe salespeople.

Click/collect from my local store,took a few days I was kept informed via email Lovely staff in store Sized up in my pink wellies because of fluffy lining inside,thick socks are not recommended ! Have not worn them out side yet Thanks Shoe zone for a pleasant experience.
