Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not, under any circumstances, give these people your money - they will take your money, deny your claim for bogus made up reasons, and then screen your calls and never call you back or answer your emails

I originally bought a bumper to bumper Premium policy (VSP# 895229) for our 2015 Cadillac SRX on 8/8/2019 and paid $1,800.00 in full up front to cover this vehicle until 2/8/2025 or 125,800 miles. On 7/12/2024 at 50,597 miles I was having a shifting issue and took it to the local Cadillac dealership for service. They indicated it needed the control modular and valve body replaced at the cost of $3328.12. They contacted Concord Auto Protect for preapproval for the work and were told they would get back to them. Four days later after several phone calls the Cadillac service writer was told “sorry but those items are not covered under our policy plan”. After reviewing the entire policy and stated exceptions, no where does it exclude either of these parts. So I called Alex Brenner, the Concord adjuster who had declined the coverage and contacted the dealership, and told him I had the contract right in front of me and neither the contract nor the exception excluded those parts from them covering this repair. Again he declined to cover it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he sent me to Michael Solomon, which I have learned is the owner, only to leave an unreturned voicemail. After several emails sent to Michael I finally got a response on 8/5/2024 that said “We will look into this matter and advise shortly”. Well I’ve been waiting over 25 weeks for him to look into this matter and have yet to hear anything, even after many emails. Of course I had to pay for the entire repair along with the wasted $1800.00 for this worthless insurance. BEWARE OF CONCORD AUTO PROTECT!!!

Cancelled my warranty after one year, i was told i will get my refund after 4 weeks, no check after 4 weeks, i called them 4 times and i was told the check will be mailed next week, i have been waiting for almost three month and nothing showed up in the mail, lie after lie after lie, they put you on hold for two minutes acting they are checking on the refund status but i beileve now that is just an act, i am waiting one more week if the check don't arrive i am suing these suckers, do not buy a car warranty, period!

Like others on here, I am due a refund. Every time I call they say they are putting the check in the mail. I have been calling for six months. The people that work there are low-life liars and thieves. I am now going to file a police report. I suggest you do the same. If they do not give you your money, call the police. Also, contact your congressman and ask them to investigate their business practices.

I submitted my claim for my 2020 Camaro 2SS on Monday, 10-28-24, for a failed fuel pump. I was told they would pay the claim to my repair shop within 24 hours. On Wednesday, 10-30-24, I spoke with Harvey, who tried to sell me another warranty contract for $1600.00. I said, let’s see how Concord handles this claim first. Harvey said I my repair shop will have the approval email by the end of day. Again, Harvey, makes the same promise to pay on 10-31-24, and again on Friday, 11-01-24, to no avail. I discovered this morning that Concord Auto Protect is being sued by the Attorney Generals office as of June 2024. This company must be stopped, they are a scam.

I canceled a contract on Jan 9th 2024. I am due a refund of 1450.00 . I have called every week since Jan 9th 2024 to get this refund. It is today October 23rd, 2024 and still have not received this refund. All I have received is lies and deflection and excuses and more lies. I strongly suggest that you avoid doing any business with this gaggle of thieves and liars.

Still no word from Concord Auto Protect on the review I posted earlier. This is the worst company imaginable. They not only don't honor a warranty claim, but they will not even communicate whether they are covering it or not. They hang up on you, put you off, or promise a decision later in the afternoon (They did this to me at least 10 times) and you never hear anything back. The Attorney General on Philadelphia has a lawsuit going against them. If you have been victimized, please file a complaint and become part of the lawsuit. If you haven't heard, Car Shield just lost a suit for the same type of thing and had to pay a large amount back to consumers. Type "Philadelphia Attorney General, lawsuit against Concord Auto Protect" and you will get a form to fill out. Fight back. Do not let them keep your money!!!

Purchased a policy with concord auto protect in March 2024 for 1452 Dollars. Changed my mind 4 days after and asked for a full refund as per policy. No news and no refund. Those people are thieves. Stay away as much as you can.

DON’T USE THEM. They are a sham outfit. They don’t cover electronics, which every car ever built has used as bit of but in the 21st century there’s no such thing as a car that does not include electonics. STEER CLEAR, or at the very least know that your monthly payment might just have well been thrown in the trash. I can’t imagine how they fool enough people to stay in business. Actually, it is easy, because any business that accepts funds but doesn’t spend them for anything but keeping the lights on is actually a gold mine. If I weren’t an honest man I would open an extended warranty company.

Do not buy a policy unless you want to be told a repair is covered and not be paid for 8 months. I am still waiting for my covered expense.

If you are considering purchasing a service contract from this company, DO NOT DO IT. They are not legitimate. My vehicle has been in the shop for 53 days since the initial claim process began and like many others I call nearly every day and email every day and get nowhere. I have started sending all of the documents to prove I've been defrauded to the PA general attorney for their ongoing litigation against them. Save yourself the headache and steer clear!

Concord auto protect do not even considered them they a bunch of scammers we paid 2000 for a premium worse money ever spent we have a claim and after 3 weeks of waiting from someone to approve they asked for services for the life of the car, we provided that, then they say they will send someone to inspect the car well we are still waiting… don’t loose your money with this nonsense guys.

I filed a repair claim with CAP. It was approved for about $800 (1/3 of the actual cost of the repair) November 2, 2023. I have yet to be reimbursed. I have called and emailed and have been assured I would receive payment in about a week every time I call yet I still have not been paid. August 3,2024.

I have since found out that the Attorney General of Pennsylvania is going after these crooks! I'm sending in all my supporting documents etc and joining in. Don't go through what I'm going through Concord Auto Protect DO NOT BUY FORM THESE GUYS!!!! My van has been at the dealership for two weeks as of today 07/19/24. Waiting for concord to ok the repaired. For two weeks both me and the dealership have been given the runaround i've been even been hung up on while pleading to get the work done. Thay sure didn't mine taking my money in a hurry!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am writing this review to hopefully save someone the stress that I have endured due to this unprofessional company. I will keep rewriting reviews until I get what was promised to me when I purchased my auto protection plan . At the beginning of January 2023 I bought 2 auto protection plans simultaneously thinking I was getting peace of mind. One was for a 2013 Dodge Challenger and the other was for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. At the end of February I felt the Chevy Malibu was not shifting correctly. So i took the car to the service department at Celebration Chevrolet Dealership. The service department then informed me that there are transmission issues. Following that we emailed the service department our protection plan from Concord Auto Protect. Concord Auto Protection then requested a specific list of documents to move forward with the repair. we along with the service advisor at the Chevrolet Dealership provided each and every requested document. We have called every other day , Concord Auto Protect refuses to return my phone calls, repeatedly disconnects my phone call , or they tell me that they will have manger call me back , BUT NEVER CALLS BACK!?!?! We paid for both protection plans in full. It appears they are trying to get out of taking responsibility for there auto protection plan . They are not upholding the responsibilities of what they sold me .

Must be going out of business or up to some other shenanigans. No action after 22 days of waiting with car in repair shop. Got lawyer and BBB involved. I can only conclude they are gathering up whatever monies they can before declaring bankruptcy. Protect yourself!

I wish I could give these thieves a 0 star rating ! Do not purchase their extended warranty !! They take your money and do nothing they promise in their contract ! Recently my 2017 Chevy Silverado truck had a problem with the transmission and a repair was needed. My truck needed a total transmission replacement. This company neglected to return calls in a timely fashion, was difficult to get in touch with, and did not provide the assistance we were guaranteed to have in regards to this purchased policy. An insurance adjustor was eventually sent to the mechanic after a week of calling Concord. Since then, there has been no follow up from this company, no assistance or correspondence since then. We had to get the truck fixed at a significant cost of $6984.22, and a car rental fee of $180.00, while we waited for Concord Auto Protect . It’s been almost 3 months and still no answer ! Our suspicion is this company is fraudulent and has taken advantage of not only us, but of many other people across the commonwealth and the country! STAY AWAY!!
