It was much appreciated since my current plan is still in affect for a few months and I wanted to do some shopping around before making a decision. Obviously I haven't needed to use the plan yet and with some luck will never need to, but it's nice knowing that Concord is there.

To my surprise 2 months later I ran into a issue with my transmission and concord stepped right up to the plate and did not disappoint thanks for getting me back on the road and making the process of starting a claim so delightful! I'm very happy to have this service .

I wanted something to cover in case anything goes wrong with the vehicle. There were a lot of warranty companies I called but a lot of them had things that weren't included in the coverage. I needed everything covered to be at a peace of mind. Then I looked at Concord Auto Protect which had Platinum, Silver, Gold phases. Then I called them to see what would be my best options and they made me feel comfortable with everything.

They have excellent customer service and in contract pretty much everything is covered are listed in detail. Very happy with my decision and definitely would recommend to others.

He gave me the service company's name & contact number and e-mailed me the information required. The technician arrived the next morning. He fixed the problem right away. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Concord and the technician. Keep up the good work!

I didn’t really like what they were saying but with Concord auto protect, all was right. Aside from the price, everything seemed easy to sign up for and there was no pressure. It's a good company so far, and everything seems to be working out really well.

United States | 07 March 2018I know BMW to be a good brand, but the worst when it comes to customer service and they have very high prices for repair. My factory warranty was over, and I didn't want to get a BMW factory warranty because I love the car, but I don't like the dealership's service attitude and everything else. I have tried two dealerships, and they lie and rip me off all the time. I was looking for something that I can use in other certified services, who knows how to repair BMW. I stumbled upon concord auto protect. Their customer service was very good. They sold me the product that's an additional insurance for my car in case of an accident or if something goes wrong, and as far as selling and getting the product, everything went very smooth. I am highly satisfied.

United States | 07 March 2018I have been a customer with Concord for 2 years and my policy has saved my behind more than a few times. Whenever I call into these guys they are always so helpful, kind and patient, which is great for an older customer like me. Sometimes I just don't get things and I have to have them explain it to me a second or sometimes third time, but they always do it with a smile in their voice. I will say that the previous warranty that I had with a different company was a completely opposite experience, it was like pulling teeth to get these guys on the phone to just answer a question. I am glad that Concord isn't like that though, they come highly recommended by me, and that is something that I only do for companies I really love. Yep, I said it, I love Concord Auto Protect!!:)

I was able to bring my vehicle directly to the mechanic that I have always been using. Concord went ahead and replaced my entire transmission. I really felt like I was in good hands. The team at Concord made me feel very comfortable, and I was thankfully able to avert a very costly repair. Thanks to the team at Concord Auto Protect!

United States | 07 March 2018I got an extended warranty for my car through Concord auto protect since it was such a good deal. It’s just like trading in my car, of course it took the price down. But with the warranty that they offered at the time of purchase, the price just went back up. Since we have a friend that’s a Ford mechanic at the time, we thought that he’ll take care of us. I did a comparison with companies and the others weren’t giving me the miles I needed. Concord was more fair as far as being able to go where I want to take it and so we got bumper-to-bumper coverage from them.

I'm glad I did that because my car didn't make it and thankfully for the protection.Michael was very nice and helped us get the car to the closet shop within 1 hour me and my family were back on track with our vacation.
