I have never dealt with such amazing customer service in my life. They really went above and beyond for me multiple times. I am super happy with everything and even the claim that was approved. I can not speak on other car warranty companies but what I can say is Concord has been amazing to me time after time.

Beyond happy with the staff at Concord Auto Protect for taking care of my claim quickly. I was nervous about the claim but it all worked out and now my car is repaired. Easily the best customer service I have ever dealt with.

My husband and I have not had a claim yet but we are pretty optimistic that we will have no problems in the future with them. So far everything has been smooth sailing and any concerns were promptly taken care of. We also had another friend recently purchase a car warranty plan from them as well.

I bought my vehicle used from the dealership. It came as is with no warranty. I like to have warranty on my vehicles at all times because repairs are pricey. I called for a quote. My vehicle qualified for the Premium coverage plan which is fantastic because it covers everything on a vehicle that you need for your vehicle to run anyway. I got a fantastic quote and now I feel less stressed because I know Concord Auto protect will take care of me if anything happens to my vehicle.

Run the other way, don't look back. They actually cover very, very little, and when you call they say they will help you with this claim, but they don't actually do anything. I have been going the rounds with them trying to get them to do a $5000 repair, the rear differential which it says is covered, but they have denied it repeatedly. And good luck getting a refund from them. Do not do business with them.

We purchased our car warranty plan over a year ago right when we got our car from Trusted Auto. We are very happy with everything I had a small repair and my husband called Concord and they took care of it right away. I love everything about the car warranty and it really is nice having the protection of it. I would recommend them to all my friends and anyone else looking for an auto warranty company.

We were treated great by the staff and the whole process was quick & painless. I feel confident in using Concord and it is clearly understood by us what we are covered for and so on. Talked to some other companies but overall Concord was the best option for us.

Don’t use this company.... I’m currently going through legal actions with this company... my car was in the shop for 3 weeks. Warranty still active and they tried to get a used tranny. But because they said they couldn’t get one. They used the excuse the dealer wouldn’t let the adjuster drive the car to see the issue and went with that as the reason it was denied. Of course the tranny wasn’t working so that’s why they couldn’t drive it......... don’t don’t don’t use this company.... if you have any questions about this company email me Robertmaningat 108 @yahoo.com. don’t don’t don’t use this company... no spaces on the email.. If you would like to see the shady stuff this company does please email me above. Don’t waste your money.....pls me for questions about this company.. I’m a Registered Nurse for Ca and I believe in a honest company and this is not an honest company, which is why I’m going above and beyond to making this right. Above in my profile name is their claim they are saying that BMW a multi billion company is just trying to scam them and the denial.. pls review and don’t waste your money.

Read the REAL reviews and stay away, this company will not pay out legitimate claims. Update: read the real reviews and you will see that many people have the same issue with Concord Auto Services/Project/Protect. Also what type of company offers a service agreement then claims you are committing fraud by trying to use the exact product they sold? STAY AWAY!! Based on the hundreds of Reviews available online of similar owners making similar complaints of denial of coverage, I have fallen for their same tricks. This company will do everything to not make a payout to customers. In my case, they created a non-factual scenario that fit their case for non-coverage. They claimed the mechanic made assertions that he did not actually make, then they denied the claim without even looking at the vehicle. They claimed that the tensioner caused the chain to snap (conveniently tensioners are not covered), however, the RAM dealership certified mechanic stated otherwise on the record and indicated that no such conversation happened. They use such vague terms in their determination that you can easily tell they are stretching the truth to avoid paying a claim. Update after CAP reply: You can tell by their response, they denied my claim based on no factual evidence, just a hunch because policy was new, not to mention this is a new excuse as to why my claim was denied.

Very good experience overall, even though did not buy a warranty from them. Gene Harris was prompt, courteous, accurate, not overly yielding. Patient, friendly. Good discussions, not rushed. The coverage, albeit non-exclusionary, was well-explained and laid out; the pricing realistic. Of the five companies that the quotes were requested from, Concord easily came out on top.

I have had Concord's warranty since Sept., I finally needed it and they came through. I have the tire and wheel coverage as well and they just helped me get 2 new tires for my car. All I had to do was give the service dept. the phone number and the rest was handled for me. THANK YOU CONCORD AUTO PROTECT!!! Thank you Gene for being such a stand up salesman. I feel much better on the roads knowing I am protected and/or helped with my repair costs. D.R. Head

I purchased a plan with Concorde after my repair shop recommended them to me he told me he had a very good experience with them in the past . They pay and have good customer service . I had an issue recently and they were great.
