If I only could give them 0 starts: Faulty product and no answer. I bought the pram Kendo bundle online in June, as I was expecting my baby girl to be born beginning of September. Now that she’s here and I’ve got to use the pram with the carry cot I’m truly disappointed about its quality, and performance —in comparison to what they claim on their site. Definitely it’s not the "SUV of prams" and the stability is far away from ideal. Every time I take out my baby girl for a stroll, I have to keep on checking on her, as she keeps on slipping to the top of the carry cot and her head ends up hitting it all the times we’ve been out —and yes, the carrycot is installed properly with the side straps for stability but yet, there’s none of it. In addition, the car seat has also one security flaw, when attaching the belt, the blue clip on the back of the chair doesn’t hold the belt, it keeps on opening, so there’s no support there and it clearly is a faulty item. Due to this 2 big security flaws I wrote Customer Service. Their only answer after more than 1 week and a phone call? "Maybe the straps just aren’t tight enough. The blue clip on the back of the car seat isn’t designed to be really tight. Once there is a seat belt through the larger part of the clip, this makes it a lot harder to open and it won’t just pop apart as easily as shown in the video." The straps are tight, we tried several times, and the blue clip doesn't even close, I have videos of it popping open and also with the straps and the carry cot unsuitability. What did they do? Stop answering! Only 1 disappointing email stating that basically these security issues "are normal" or maybe my fault, as you can read above. Now, I paid quite a lot of money for their pram, and I had to buy another pram bundle from another brand because it is UNSAFE to use their products with my baby girl. I tried to tell them that I gladly would send everything for them to exchange, but no answer. Nothing. almost 1 month has passed. I'm going to Consumer Rights with all my emails and videos. Do not buy anything from them. Their quality and customer service has big faults. Answer to JANÉ's reply: My first email to you was almost 1 month ago - no answer. Then I called, no solution. Then I emailed again - then you answered me. So, yes, it has been almost 1 month since I contacted you about the issue. This is unacceptable regarding a product that is expected for use with a newborn. A basic product that is needed everyday. Calling me liar is not a proper answer nor in your email, neither in this answer here. This is shows how your customer service works. In my latest email I offered to send more videos, and I asked kindly for a solution, NO ANSWER. So, NOW, HERE you are telling me to send you more videos, well, is just not good enough. Now, you telling me that you see the issues as "grossly over exaggerated" shows how little you care about your clients when you did nothing to talk to me over email or phone apart from your SINGLE EMAIL from last week stating again that I am a liar, that maybe I haven't tried hard enough to install the carrycot and the carseat and that the issues are "normal" - as quoted above. No, nothing here is "grossly over exaggerated", your customer service is grossly bad, and by the quality of my product, your prices are in fact grossly over exaggerated. All the videos will go to proper authorities. Thanks

The website is great! I bought a car seat base but unfortunately I had to send it back. As I bought a car seat second hand (a Jané strater) but they discontinued the car seat base for that one and the one I have doesn’t fit the Koos seat base. But otherwise it was fast delivery, no issues and product was really well packaged and made. Would recommend to a friend

The seller sent me a pram quite quick, but it didn't suit us. I returned a pram last week, but haven't received my money back. Moreover, customer service does not answer me. So, I have no money and no pram and no answer from the seller currently. 14.10.2019 Update: It's been more than 14 days since I returned the pram to the supplier, still no money, no pram. My last 2 emails have not been answered.

We brought the board and seat attachments or just over £100. The website and delivery times were great however the instructions were terrible. We were almost going to send it back because it kept tipping backwards however, we extended the arms and changed the area we attached to and now it’s great. It would be nice to be able to have clear setup instructions, troubleshooting guide or have a setup video (rather than just a sales pitch) on YouTube

Good seller, email a little confusing for delivery times as it said 3-5 days on 1 part and 5-7 days in another and to contact if it hadn't arrived 3 days from the email but other than that im happy with the rain cover and the service and reply to the above query was prompt

Excellent ordering and delivery service. I saved money off my order of a buggy board as there was bank holiday discount code. My Jane Pram had unfortunately lost a couple of vents from the matrix base, which I had enquired about replacing. These were sent with my order free of charge which was a greatly appreciated gesture. At first we had trouble purchasing the product because of a webpage bug (after supplying the transaction confirmation code). Support didn't even answer my email regarding this failure. The second purchase went fine, but we found the tracking information inadequate as it showed "processing" for more than a week, even on the day the courier arrived. Little more details would be more comforting. The product arrived undamaged and it is exactly as we expected (based on the online descriptions available). We'r really looking forward to using it.
