Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly. We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way. Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. It was really quite easy to access the site and speak to someone who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went for the pendant with GPS and also fall indication. It arrived the next day an was very easy to set up. I inadvertently dropped it on the second day and they were very quick to get in touch via the pendant and I had to tell them it was a mistake but I was vey impressed with the call time which was literally seconds. All round I am very pleased I got it for peace of mind.

Excellent advice from Harry. Talked me through everything. Very open and honest about what I was being sold and the cost of the product. The unit arrived the next day and (I had already purchased a key safe). Set up was straightforward. Customer services respond almost instantly. Instructions extremely clear. My mum who is just turning 92 fully understood what to do. We did several range tests both indoors and outside. I've only given 4/5 because our range outside was significantly less than we'd hoped for albeit we have a poor signal where we live and my mother's house has walls almost 1m thick.

Superb customer service from Darren. The old fashioned kind of customer care ... that is sadly lacking so often these days ... and is much appreciated by those of us that remember proper customer care ... from days gone by! Darren took every consideration I had to ensure my 89 year old mother had the best Careline personal alarm ... that would suit her. Exceptional.

Ordering process was quick and easy. Can't comment on the set up as the alarm hasn't been delivered yet. Unfortunately the discount I was originally offered wasn't available but Kelechi offered a gift card instead.

I had a very positive view of this company regards the response when our relative experienced falls. However the excessive price increases in the second year are not clear and very misleading.

I cannot find ANY faults with Careline365 - I ordered the product on the Friday at 5pm via their website and it arrived 9am the next morning!. I installed it on the Saturday with absolute ease, the instructions were clear and precise and the system is very easy to install. I activated the pendant and the operator guided me through the process, even checking the range at the bottom of the garden! - Little did we know that 5 days later, the pendant was activated for real as the user was having a Stroke and in the confusion knew he could call for help by simply pressing a button. The Operator stayed on the call until we arrived and this has all been documented in their in-house systems for reference. This is without doubt a life-saving product and we couldn't recommend it and them highly enough. It gives us immense piece of mind
